Terms of Service

Recolorizer is provided by Hüseyin Bağana ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).

The service

Recolorizer sends the black-and-white photo you choose to an AI model operated by our provider (DeepAI) and returns a colorized version. Colorization is an AI estimate. Colours are plausible, not historically verified. Results may be imperfect, and the same photo can produce a slightly different result on a new run.

Powders

One powder equals one AI photo action (in this version: one full-quality colorization).

• Powders are sold as one-time consumable packs of 1, 10 or 50. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Purchased powders never expire, and your balance is never deleted.
• Every colorization costs one powder. If a colorization fails on our side, the powder is returned automatically.
• If a purchase is reversed, the powders it granted are removed from your balance, which may become negative until you buy again. We never charge you for a negative balance.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency by the App Store.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use the service to create unlawful content or to circumvent purchase or device-integrity checks. We may suspend devices that abuse the service.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but may pause colorization or purchases for maintenance; the app shows a notice when that happens. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

[To be confirmed by the owner before launch.] Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in are not affected by these terms.
